Awards and Recognition Form
Created in 2017, the Roger Ferris: MU Student Employee Award recognizes those a Memorial Union student employee whose contributions have had an impact upon a specific area, department, unit or goal of the Memorial Union.
Student nominations must include a minimum of one letter of support from an immediate supervisor, total of two letters of support. Students must have completed two consecutive semesters (summer not included) example: Spring 2016/Fall 2016 would be eligible. Spring 2017 does not count as a full, completed semester.
