We are a fully equipped, multi-media studio open to the Iowa State and Ames community, and the area's only pay-by-the day studios for working on your own. We also offer classes reflecting a wide assortment of interests, abilities and skills.

The Workspace provides studios for projects in ceramics, photography, woodworking, jewelry, screenprinting, printmaking, stained and fused glass, and mat-cutting. Along with visual arts, The Workspace embraces performing arts by offering classes in dance.

Join a class from our current schedule, or work independently at your own pace. Rates for open studio time are $3 per day for ISU students and $4 for others.
