Biography

Private Ralph William Tawzer was from Sloan, Iowa. He enlisted on December 6, 1917 on his birthday and was a member of the 676th Aero Supply Squadron at Camp Dick, Dallas, Texas.

Ralph died of pneumonia following influenzia at the St. Paul Sanitarium on either October 23 or 28 in 1918. The sanitarium supplied facilities for soldiers during the flu epidemic (it later changes its name to St. Paul Hospital in 1927).
