Room Rates & Capacities FY25
The Memorial Union offers a variety of small and large meeting spaces, as well as multi-purpose and ballrooms spaces to Recognized Student Organizations, University Departments and Public Partners. Check details below for the departmental and public rental prices for each space; recognized student organizations may still utilize Memorial Union facilities rent free; however please note that equipment, and other fee's may apply.
The prices below are in effect from July 1, 2024 - June 30th, 2025. Fiscal year 2024 prices can be found here.

Notes
- Charged events are defined as events where any money is exchanged between attendees or vendors and the hosting department.
- Ballrooms and large meeting rooms may be setup in the client’s desired configuration provided it meets all applicable policies/guidelines.
- Tables included in rental fees include cocktail, ovals, and six-foot rectangles.
- Audio/visual packages and other event services are available for an additional fee.
- Rental fees are assessed daily for the specific time frame noted. Additional hours can be added for additional rental fees.
* Oak room is considered a Large Meeting Room, except when combined with the Great Hall, in which case it is considered a Ballroom
** Outdoor spaces count as large meeting rooms for policy purposes
*** U-Shape, Classroom, and Theater capacities include a head table and catering table
*** Round and Oval Table capacities include a head table and a buffet line
† Standard capacity for the Art Gallery is 40. Standard capacity for Pine Room is 60.
