Room Rates & Capacities - Fall 2020
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, room capacities for the Fall 2020 semester will be limited to 50% of normal capacity. Cloth face coverings are required indoors in all university buildings, including meeting and event spaces. See the tables below for each setup type.

* Oak room is considered a Large Meeting Room, except when combined with the Great Hall, in which case it is considered a Ballroom
** Outdoor spaces count as large meeting rooms for policy purposes

*** Round and Oval Table capacities include a head table and a buffet line
**** Open square, u-shape, and classroom setups will not be available between 7:30am-3:30pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays
***** All non-wedding public rentals must work with Conference Planning & Management. Additional fees will be required at this location to address safety concerns.
+ Recording studio requests require consultation with event coordinator and MU Technology staff.
† Standard capacity for Pine Room is 30
