University Outdoor Space Request
This request form is to be used for reserving ISU outdoor space and to help coordinate services needed for the event. It is preferred that request be made at least 10 business days in advance of proposed event. Scheduled activities and events must conform to the appropriate use of the space.
Please fill out this form completely and you will be contacted by the appropriate department to assist you with your event needs. This form is intended only for REQUESTS; it does not guarantee that the space is available or reserved.
Please contact Facilities Planning & Management to schedule the event services (electricity needs, Trash services, Tent locates or other services) by calling 515.294.5100. These services need to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the event. Services may require an intramural for payment of services.
The contracted tent rental vendor for ISU is Celebrations @ 515.268.9333. This contract pricing also includes tables, chairs, staging, etc. All Tents and other equipment need to be removed immediately after the event. Some tents and other temporary structures (staging, etc) may need to be inspected by Environmental Health and Safety (Scott Jarmon - 515.294.8610) Please fill out their online temporary structure inspection form at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
