Memorial Union Graphics Request Form

In order for us to complete every submitted request on time, at minimum, please allow for a week between today and your initial review date, and another week after that for the due date. 

Day 1: Submit graphics request
Day 7: Initial review date
Day 14: Due date

If you're using the Student Engagement flyer distribution service, your due date should be no later than the Friday before the week you want the poster distributed. Please have your poster printed and delivered to the Student Engagement front desk. Keep in mind that Student Engagement requires the date of your event to be at least 10 days after distribution. 

Projects requesting fewer than two weeks total may not be able to be accommodated. Please follow up with mugraphics@iastate.edu after submitting your request if you are concerned about timing.
